Last updated: 30/10/2026

Article 1 — Purpose

These terms and conditions of sale govern the transport and logistics services provided by Global Shipping SAS (hereinafter “the Carrier”) to any private or business customer (hereinafter “the Customer”): local courier, national freight, international freight and removals.

Article 2 — Services

Each service is subject to a quote specifying the nature of the shipment, the collection and delivery addresses, the estimated lead time and the price. A quote accepted by the Customer constitutes a firm order. Lead times are given for information only and do not constitute a guaranteed result, unless the express option has been purchased.

Article 3 — Prices and payment

Prices shown on the website are indicative and exclusive of VAT. The firm price is stated on the quote. Private customers pay by credit card or bank transfer when ordering; business customers on a subscription are invoiced monthly, with payment due within 30 days. Any late payment incurs penalties at the applicable statutory rate, plus a fixed recovery fee of €40 (Article L.441-10 of the French Commercial Code).

Article 4 — Customer obligations

The Customer guarantees the accuracy of the information declared (weight, dimensions, contents, addresses) and undertakes not to hand over any prohibited or dangerous goods without prior declaration. Packaging is the Customer's responsibility unless the packaging option has been purchased. For international shipments, the Customer provides the necessary customs documents with the Carrier's assistance.

Article 5 — Liability and insurance

The Carrier's liability for loss or damage is limited to the statutory and contractual caps applicable to the road carriage of goods. Basic insurance is included in every service; ad valorem insurance can be purchased as an option to cover the actual value of the goods. The Carrier is not liable for delays or damage resulting from force majeure, from an act of the Customer or the recipient, or from an inherent defect in the goods.

Article 6 — Complaints

Any complaint about a service must be sent in writing to contact@goglobalshipping.com within 14 days of delivery (or of the scheduled delivery date), together with the tracking number and any relevant supporting documents. The Carrier undertakes to reply within 15 business days.

Article 7 — Disputes

These terms and conditions are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, the parties will first seek an amicable solution. Private customers may refer the matter free of charge to the consumer mediator [TO BE COMPLETED]. Failing an amicable agreement, the dispute will be brought before the competent courts for the Carrier's registered office, unless mandatory legal provisions provide otherwise.
